An easy way to clean metal utensils and the stovetop

To clean baking trays and also other utensils such as pots, pans or pots, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Freezer bags or zipper bags
  • A sponge to use towards the end
  • A spray bottle full of white vinegar

White vinegar is a precious cleaning ally. You can use its valuable properties to clean the entire house.

Preparation:

Place a baking sheet or rack in each freezer bag and spray white vinegar on it. After sealing the bag well, shake it so   that the white vinegar spreads all over the grill.

Once done, set each bag aside while the white vinegar works on the racks and plates. It is also preferable   to wait a few hours before observing an actual change  . You can also let the bags sit overnight.

Once the waiting time has elapsed, remove the trays from the freezer bags and then rinse them with water by rubbing them with a sponge. Once done, you should notice that everything will be visibly gone. Also, you can use liquid soap if you want to scent your cooking plates.

How to easily clean burnt hobs?

The trick we are going to see allows you to eliminate the dirt that appears on the surface of the grills and cooking plates due in particular to food overflowing or burns. To do this, simply   remove   the cooking plates and   then  wet them in a basin full of water and detergent. Then rub with a sponge.

If, however, they are still so dirty, we suggest placing them in a saucepan full of water and adding   white vinegar  . You can also incorporate a little washing powder or soap powder if you find them to be particularly dirty. Then bring the pan to the boil and wait 10 minutes, then scrub the cooking plates one last time. Let them drain gently before leaving them to dry.

Naturally, it will be up to you to carry out regular and timely maintenance of your kitchen to prevent it from getting fat again. To do this, simply get into the habit of cleaning the device immediately after use.

Other tips for cleaning your hobs

The clay cleaning method:   To take advantage of the degreasing properties of clay, switch to green clay which works effectively against dirt. To do this, apply it to a damp sponge and then scrub the stovetop or any other surface you want to treat. Rinse then dry.

The black soap cleaning method:   Recognized for its degreasing and cleaning power, black soap is a very effective natural product. First put some on a damp sponge, then rub the affected surface and rinse. Of course, the amount you apply will depend on how much gunk your burners are collecting. To dry, use a microfiber towel.

The vinegar and baking soda combination cleaning method:   A foolproof combination, baking soda and white vinegar often stand out as a formidable weapon against the most stubborn stains.

Start by diluting the rock salt in the vinegar. Sprinkle baking soda on the baking sheet and then spray it with the vinegar and salt mixture. Leave the product to act for a few hours or even overnight. Don’t hesitate to use the rough side of a sponge if grease residue remains on the plate. Finally rinse with clean water.
