Ingredients
- 2 liters of milk (you can use store-bought milk)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams of yogurt
- 1 pepper

Preparation
- In a large saucepan, place the can of milk. Fill the pot with water and turn on the gas.
- While the milk is heating, in another container prepare the mixture of 4 eggs, 200 grams of yogurt and a tablespoon of salt. Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- When the milk is very hot, add the egg and yogurt mixture. Stir continuously for 15 minutes until the milk curdles.
- Prepare a strainer and transfer the cheese mixture. Let the cheese sit in the strainer overnight to drain the whey.
- The next day, your cheese will be ready. You can accompany your cheese with your favorite bread, a fresh pepper and any vegetable you want, such as lettuce.
