WW Light Pancakes Without Butter
Light, fluffy and delicious pancakes! A very easy pancake recipe to make, and perfect to enjoy as a snack with light spread.
Ingredients
- 150 g of flour
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of sweetener
- 300 ml lukewarm skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of oil + absorbent paper
Preparation
- In a salad bowl put the flour then make a well in the center.
- Add the vanilla sugar and lukewarm milk then mix.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing with a whisk, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Cover the bowl with cling film then let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick crepe pan then lightly grease it with absorbent paper dipped in oil.
- Then cook your pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
