WW Light Pancakes Without Butter

Light, fluffy and delicious pancakes! A very easy pancake recipe to make, and perfect to enjoy as a snack with light spread.

Ingredients

  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of sweetener
  • 300 ml lukewarm skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of oil + absorbent paper

Preparation

  1. In a salad bowl put the flour then make a well in the center.
  2. Add the vanilla sugar and lukewarm milk then mix.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, mixing with a whisk, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  4. Cover the bowl with cling film then let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat a non-stick crepe pan then lightly grease it with absorbent paper dipped in oil.
  6. Then cook your pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
