Potato zrazy! How delicious it is, there are simply no words! You urgently need to take it to your piggy bank and cook!

– 500 grams of lean pork;
– 1.5 kg potatoes;
– 1- onion;
– 50 g butter
– 1/2 cup flour
– 100 g vegetable oil for frying immediately
– salt, pepper – to taste

⠀ How to cook:

Pork pulp is passed through a meat grinder, adding salt and pepper to taste. The onion is chopped and fried with minced meat.

Prepare a stiff puree from potatoes, (cool) adding salt, butter and flour, salt, and spices to taste.

Flour must be mixed in evenly, avoiding lumps, so that the minced potatoes are as homogeneous as possible.

Palm-sized pieces are made from potato dough, in the middle of which minced meat is placed and zrazy is formed.

As soon as the zrazy are formed, they are placed in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fried until a crust appears.

Fry the zrazy on each side.
