How to make homemade garlic sauce, very easy and quick!

- 2 pasteurized eggs
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. Salt (usually to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 200 ml. Oil (olive or sunflower)
- The juice of 1 lemon
- a handful of parsley
Preparation
Before you start , to make this recipe you need a blender or a mini blender (hand blender). Due to the texture of the ingredients, we cannot do it by hand since we would not be able to emulsify the oil with the other ingredients.
1- To begin, we put the eggs in the blender along with the salt, pepper, garlic and 100 ml. of oil.
2- We begin to blend at medium speed.
3- When you see that the mixture little by little turns into a semi-liquid mayonnaise, add the lemon juice along with the rest of the oil. To achieve the perfect texture, it is necessary to add these 2 ingredients but alternately.
4- We stop the blender a little, taste a little and confirm with salt if necessary.
5- We put all the sauce in a bowl. On the other hand, quickly chop the parsley and add it to the mixture.
