The apple pie recipe blended without butter and oil, a delight for the palate

Ingredients
- 100 g of flour
- 50 g of stevia sweetener (or alternatively 100 g of cane or normal sugar)
- 50ml plain yoghurt
- 50ml of milk
- 2 bodies
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- ½ lemon juice
Preparation
- First peel the apples, cut them and put them in the glass of the kitchen mixer, then blend them leaving them in small pieces.
- Now, to prevent them from blackening, sprinkle them with lemon juice and set them aside.
- Now sift and pour the flour into a bowl together with the baking powder, add the stevia sweetener (or sugar) and the eggs.
- Then, using the electric mixer, mix and slowly incorporate the milk, continue to work and add the yoghurt.
- Whip everything together until you get a nice thick consistency.
- Once this is done, add the apples and mix well with the help of a spatula, so that the fruit is incorporated into your mixture.
- Grease (or oil) and flour a 20 cm large pan and pour the mixture into it.
- Finally, cook in the oven in ventilated mode for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
- Before taking the cake out of the oven, do the toothpick test, then place it on a plate, garnish with icing sugar and serve.
