Ingredients
- 800 g of milk
- 50 g of stevia sweetener (or alternatively 100 g of normal sugar)
- 20 gr of corn starch
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 3 yolks
- 1 grated lemon peel
- Just enough cocoa powder
Preparation
- First, pour the milk into a saucepan, add the grated lemon peel and the vanilla sugar, mix with a hand whisk, light the heat and, without ceasing to stir, bring to the boil .
- Now put the egg yolks in a bowl, add the stevia sweetener (or sugar), beat them with a hand whisk, add the corn starch and mix to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture .
- Now drain the milk by filtering it with a strainer, pour it into a clean saucepan, add the egg yolks, mix with a hand whisk, turn on the stove and without stopping, cook until it thickens .
- Finally, pour your cream into a baking dish, sprinkle it with cocoa powder and place in the refrigerator to harden for 1 hour , when finished, serve.
