- 80 g cane sugar
- 60 g white sugar
- 120 g of melted butter
- 160 g of steamed pumpkin
- 350 gr farina
- 12 g baking powder
- cinnamon to taste

The preparation
Preparing these cookies is very simple. Pour an egg, eighty grams of cane sugar and sixty grams of granulated sugar into a deep and large boule, then 120 grams of melted butter: at this point, mix with a hand whisk and after a while add one hundred and sixty grams of cooked pumpkin steam. Let’s mix again with the whisk.
When we have a uniform mixture, add 350 grams of flour and 13 grams of baking powder a little at a time. Then a pinch of ground cinnamon and then mix everything with a spatula. After mixing for a while, add 130 grams of chocolate chips and then seal with cling film, after which we put in the fridge for a quarter of an hour.
