Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 bodies
- 250ml of milk
- 100 g of flour
- 10 g of oil
- 10 g of stevia sweetener (or 20 g of normal or cane sugar)
- cinnamon to taste

Preparation
- Start the preparation by peeling the apples; it is necessary to remove the core, cut the pulp into 2 cm side cubes and brown them in a non-stick pan with a little oil for about 10 minutes , after which they must be left to cool.
- Break the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites and whisk the latter until stiff. Beat the yolks with a whisk together with the milk, flour, stevia and a pinch of cinnamon, then incorporate the egg whites into the mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan together with the apples, level with a spatula, close with the lid and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
