For example, we can make an excellent  foot bath from just 10 rosemary sprigs  , which helps tired feet and at the same time provides relief from varicose veins. We have to put the branches in a pot with 1 liter of water and let them simmer for at least 20 minutes. As soon as the heating is turned off, we put in a bowl 3 liters of warm water, 100 ml of apple cider vinegar  ,  a glass of coarse salt and of course our decoction, including the twigs. 30 minutes of this treatment and our feet will be like new!

Are we left without  anti-aging cream  ? No problem, rosemary helps here too. Prepare a decoction by placing 4 or 5 sprigs of rosemary in a pot with a cup of water and boiling for about twenty minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix two teaspoons of oat or rice flour with one teaspoon of honey and then pour in the filtered broth. We created a mask that we apply to the face for 15 minutes. The skin is regenerated.

Keeping our rosemary decoction as a base, we can then create a  tonic  that we apply to the face once a day to make it more radiant and smooth. Simply add table alcohol to our infusion, just 50ml, and mix well.

And if we are unable to go to the hairdresser, we can  cover gray hairs  with a homemade lotion. All we need is half a cup of rosemary needles and half of sage and 450 ml of water. After chopping the two herbs, add them to the pot and cook for at least 30 minutes. Then let them rest for 3 hours. Once it is filtered, we can apply it to the hair by repeating the process at least 15 times, collecting the liquid by placing a basin under it and leaving it to act for 10 minutes before finally rinsing it out.
