CUCUMBER TOMATO AVOCADO SALAD

This recipe has always been a part of my life. I guess this was the reason why I love eating healthy foods to this day. My mom serves this all the time. I am so grateful to her for a lot of things and this is one of them. Now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go. I highly recommend you add your preferred ingredients. I am sure that you can do a lot to take this very simple recipe to the next level! The best food to go with this salad is steak. Oh, man, you have to serve it with steak. Ingredients:

12 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes

2 tablespoons lemon juice

5 small cucumbers

3 small avocados

½ bunch cilantro about ¼ c

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Wash the veggies with water, then slice them into small pieces. Add them into a mixing bowl.

Finely chop the veggies and cilantro and add them into the bowl with the veggies.

Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until well mixed.

Serve right away and enjoy!
