I’m Making Broccoli Casserole on Delicious Cream of Potatoes for Dinner | Only 290 calories!

Ingredients
- 500 g of broccoli
- 100 g of grated light Galbanino
- 30ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- a drizzle of olive oil
- When enough garlic powder
- Just enough pepper
- Just enough salt
What do you need for the cream of potatoes
- 7 small potatoes
- ½ glass of warm water
- ½ glass of warm milk
- a drizzle of olive oil
- a pinch of nutmeg
- Just enough pepper
- Just enough salt
Preparation
- First, separate the broccoli florets from the stem, cut them into smaller pieces, place them in a saucepan, cover them with water, add salt, light the heat, close with a lid and let them soften for 5-7 minutes .
- In the meantime, break the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, salt and pepper and beat them well with a hand whisk, then drain the broccoli with a slotted spoon.
- Now grease a rectangular glass baking dish, place the broccoli on it, season with salt, garlic powder and pepper, cover with the eggs, sprinkle with grated Galbanino, drizzle with a drizzle of oil and put in the oven (preheated oven ) for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180°C .
- Now transfer the potatoes to a pot with salted water, turn on the stove and let them go to soften them .
- Once this is done, drain them, wait for them to cool down, peel them, cut them into slices, put them in the mixer or reduce them to a puree with a potato masher, add the hot milk, hot water, salt, pepper, nutmeg and oil and mix all this until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained.
- Serve your flan with the creamed potatoes and serve.
