In fact, you will hardly be able to find a better and tastier recipe than this one, which will make peppers much more interesting.
Although this is a basic dish, it is still extremely tasty, not to mention that it also gives a touch of color to your table and, consequently, it is not so surprising that it manages to conquer everyone. Among other things, containing little fat and calories, it adapts very well to a diet, thus satisfying even those who make many sacrifices to keep fit. And, another point in favor of these excellent peppers goes to their preparation, which does not present any difficulties and is very fast.

Ingredients
- 3 small peppers (red and yellow)
- 250-300 g of natural tuna
- 40 g of grated Parmesan
- 2 teaspoons of capers
- Some crumbled tarallo
- A few tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- As much chopped chives (optional)
- a drop of oil
- Just enough oregano
- Just enough salt
Preparation
- First, cut the peppers in half, clean them by removing the seeds and internal filaments and rinse them under running water.
- Now put the tuna in a bowl, add the capers, the crumbled taralli, the grated Parmesan, the oregano, the oil, the chopped chives, mix with a spoon and season with a little salt.
- Now stuff the peppers with the filling you have made, then place them in a dripping pan lined with special paper, sprinkle them with a handful of breadcrumbs and sprinkle them with a drizzle of oil.
- Finally put them to cook in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200°C , at the end let them cool down, then you just have to serve them.
