How to use expired aspirin for geraniums: all the benefits
Aspirin is a very common medication found in our homes. However, it may happen that you have had it for a long time, until it reaches its expiration date .
In this case, instead of throwing them away, you can reuse them to provide a whole series of benefits to your geraniums .
Let’s see what they are and how to do it.
- For pests and fungi: like all plants, geraniums can also be attacked by pests . To protect them you can dissolve 1 aspirin tablet in 1 liter of water and vaporize the geraniums with the solution obtained.
- As fertilizer: to grow your geraniums healthier and stronger. Here, too, expired aspirin can help. Dissolve 3 aspirin in 3 liters of water, pour the mixture into a bottle and moisten the plant every three weeks during the growing season.
- For cuttings : If you are going to propagate your geraniums, cut a healthy cutting and let it root for a few hours in a cup full of water in which you have dissolved your aspirin.
