With 6 mandarins I prepare a very soft and delicious plumcake with 4 ingredients | Only 140 calories!
The plumcake with mandarins is a delight, it has a soft and moist consistency that makes it so special that it will make even the sweetest tooth happy. In fact, every moment is perfect to enjoy a slice and treat yourself to a sweet treat.
Surely, it is the best alternative to the classic packaged products which are a little too rich in sugar, so if you have small children you can present them with a genuine snack. Furthermore, thanks to its lightness it does not compromise the diet, allowing those who want to keep fit to commit a big sin of gluttony.
Then, if you wish, you can offer it as a dessert at the end of the dinner if you have guests. Furthermore, preparing it couldn’t be simpler and faster, because 10 minutes is enough , not to mention that you also need very few ingredients that everyone always has in the pantry.

- To start, peel the tangerines, divide them into wedges, cut them into small pieces with a knife and keep them aside for a moment.
- Now separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the latter with a hand whisk, add 50 g of stevia sweetener (or 100 g of sugar) and mix well.
