The LILAC LIQUEUR has flowed into the bottles and is ready to enjoy.
It’s lilac and that’s why I made LIQUEUR with the flowers yesterday. I can only present you the result next Monday. Until then, here’s a nice photo of flowers to console you.
🌸 Recipe:
Remove the green parts from the flowers well. Cover approx. 30 g of flowers with 700 ml of double grain. Stir in 200g brown sugar and add 2 sliced organic lemons. Leave the whole thing covered in a warm, sunny place for 4-5 days. Then sieve through a fine cloth. Fill into light bottles.
Tip: 30 g of flowers corresponds to a few flower umbels, what is left can be dried and used in tea mixtures or rubbed with salt
