MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

Ingredients:
1 c parmesan cheese (or sharp Cheddar, or Asiago) divided
1 c mayonnaise (or Greek yoghurt for a healthier option)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts trimmed of excess fat
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
Directions:
Slice each chicken breast into 3 big pieces.
Add the chicken pieces into a large mixing bowl.
Add milk and toss the chicken pieces until well soaked. Let them rest for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, seasonings, and mayonnaise into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Transfer the chicken pieces into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle more cheese on top of everything.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve with veggies or rice. Enjoy!
