This salad is not only very tasty, but also extremely healthy.
You wouldn’t believe raw beets could taste so good.
The salad is suitable as a side dish to meat or as a tasty and healthy dinner, for example with whole grain bread.

We need:
1 carrot
1 apple
1 beet
1 lemon
50 ml of olive oil
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry coriander
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
parsley
Preparation:
Clean the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.
Wash the apple, remove the core and cut it into small cubes.
Raw beets are peeled and, like carrots, grated on a coarse grater.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it.
In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil with all the spices, honey and salt.
In a larger bowl, mix the prepared ingredients, i.e. beetroot, carrot and apple.
Then everything is poured with olive oil and spices, and then with lemon juice.
We mix the ingredients very well.
Finally, chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the salad.
We can serve.
