Lilac is a fragrant and beautiful shrub.
But this lovely flower with an intoxicating aroma is not only beautiful, but also medicinal.
You just need to know how to use it properly.

For joint and muscle pain, apply and let it work.
The tincture helps with sore knees and carpal tunnel syndrome.
That’s why we do it every spring and stock up.
