You will need a threshold or other surface that rises 5 cm above the floor (book, balcony threshold). 

You are in an upright position. Raise your heels off the floor about 3-5 centimeters as shown in the picture. 

Then sharply drop the feet back so that the heels hit the floor. 

The blood is powerfully moved, as well as the stagnant lymph. If you regularly use this method – for example, 4 times a day, complaints about leg pain will disappear.

Repetitions, if you choose to do them all at once, should not be more frequent than one per second. 

Take your time is the first rule. The second – do not try to raise the heels higher than the recommended 5 centimeters.

Limit repetitions, for example 40-50 lifts at a time is enough. 

Observe how you feel  during the exercise. 

It should feel like running. The spine is not loaded. 

It is advisable to repeat it 4-5 times a day, especially if you lead a sedentary lifestyle or work for hours in an office. 

Even if you have some disease and doctors have forbidden you to actively engage in sports – your muscles want attention and this exercise will not harm your body in any way. 

These exercises are recommended for everyone. Especially people who lead a sedentary lifestyle, abuse alcohol and fatty foods, suffer from lymph stagnation. 

And also women, because the bra prevents the normal outflow of lymph. It is not recommended to do this exercise only for pregnant and lactating women.
