The recipe for this vegetable salad was given to me by a nutritionist two years ago when I was looking for ways to get in shape easily.
The salad is delicious, filling and perfect for a quick diet dinner.
In the summer, I also make it for a barbecue, it turns out a great side dish, full of vitamins, which also stimulates the metabolism and, accordingly, faster fat burning.
Definitely give it a try, the salad is great and if you’re looking to get in shape before summer, or if you’ve overindulged over the holidays, it’ll go down well with a proper diet.
If you feel like you’ve had too much food during the holidays, definitely give this recipe a try.

500 g of white cabbage
2 carrots
200 g of celery
2 apples
200 ml of yogurt
salt to taste
spices to taste
3 cloves of garlic
1 spoon of olive oil
Preparation:
Cabbage is finely chopped or grated.
Grate the carrot on a fine grater.
Add coarsely grated celery.
In the same way, grate an apple.
We stir.
We will prepare a yogurt dressing.
Put yogurt in a bowl, to which we have added pressed garlic and olive oil.
And season it properly with salt and pepper.
This salad is best when it sits in the fridge for at least an hour.
Then all the flavors combine perfectly and the salad is even tastier.
It is also suitable for a diet regimen, since mayonnaise, tartar sauce and other harmful sauces are not added.
