Excellent lemonades for the entire spring and summer. The temperatures seem to be kind to us, so why not treat yourself to a healthy refreshment that will also benefit our health? Try each one!

Extra fresh cucumber and grapefruit lemonade

A chance to lose the last kilo before the season or some event: Replace your favorite lemonade with this miracle drink for weight loss!

We need:

1 grapefruit

1/2 cucumber

½ ginger root

1 lemon

2 liters of water

10 mint leaves

A little honey – to taste

Preparation : 

Peel the grapefruit and cut it into circles, also cut the cucumber into rings. 

We put them in a jug, cover them with water, add lemon juice and mint leaves.

Finally, add the ginger, cut into pieces without the peel. Mix well and let sit for a while to combine the flavors. 

We drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and always during the day, ideally after every meal.

Dandelion lemonade for weight loss, cleanses the liver and relieves headaches

We need:

1 cup yellow dandelion flowers

50 g of mint

Juice of 3 lemons

2 liters of water or mineral water

1 spoon of honey

Preparation:

Leave the dandelion flowers to dry in the sun, then put them in a jug, add mint leaves and cover them with water. 

Add the lemon juice and honey and store in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Then strain and drink 3 times a day.

Grapefruit lemonade – weight loss bomb

We need:

100 ml of grapefruit juice

1 teaspoon of honey

300 ml chilled green tea

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves

Lemon

Preparation:

Mix the grapefruit juice, green tea and honey in a jug and put it in the fridge. 

Serve with ice cubes, fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges.

Cucumber lemonade for beauty and health

Cucumber lemonade will cleanse the body and bring beauty from nature

We need:

1 cucumber

2 liters of water

Honey (or brown sugar)

1 lime

Fresh mint

Preparation :

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and place in the prepared jug. Add honey and lime juice. 

Pour cold water (or chilled mineral water). Serve with mint, lime wedges and ice cubes.

Lavender lemonade

We need:

1 cup of honey

12 cups of cold water

1-2 drops of lavender oil

1 tablespoon dried lavender

1 cup fresh lemon juice

Ice

Lavender sprigs for decoration

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a jug and serve with a lemon wedge.

Lime lemonade

We need:

2 liters of water

2 limes

A handful of fresh mint

Honey for sweetening

Ice cubes

Preparation:

Squeeze the juice from one lime and cut it into slices. 

Put the juice and the wheels in a jug, cover with water, add ice and mint leaves. Sweeten with honey or cane sugar.
