Preparation :
Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a bowl.
Place an egg in the cup.
It is best to use home-grown eggs for this recipe.
Pour the juice into the glass with the egg.
Juice should cover the egg.
We quickly notice that the reaction has started and that the process of releasing calcium from the eggshell has begun.
After an hour, a thick foam will appear on the glass.
Let the egg sit in the lemon juice for about 48 hours.

Thyroid syrup : wash the shells of eight eggs and pound them in a mortar.

For stomach treatment: Mix ¼ teaspoon of crushed eggshells, ¼ teaspoon of coffee and mix with two tablespoons of lemon juice.
Stir and add 100 ml. warm milk.
