How to make garlic tincture with wine.

For an effective remedy, it is better to buy garlic in the market. 

Supermarket shelves often only sell Chinese garlic, and it doesn’t have half the beneficial properties of domestic garlic.

To soak garlic in red wine, you should choose a good quality wine and choose garlic that has not suffered any visible damage. 

Home wine is not the best choice in this case, as it has a low level of purity. (as a last resort, it can also be homemade)

You must follow the correct pouring technique and choose a suitable vessel of dark glass.

You will need about a bottle of wine (about 0.7 liters) and 12 medium cloves of garlic. 

Crush the garlic, put it in a clean and dry glass jar and pour the wine over it. 

After that, the container is tightly closed with a cap and soaked at room temperature in a dark place. 

The glass container should not be exposed to sunlight.

Garlic should be soaked for 2 weeks in a dark place protected from sunlight. 

And don’t forget to shake the liquid 2-3 times a day. 

After 14 days, the mixture should be filtered and poured into an opaque container.

We recommend using this medicine 2 times a year, the course lasts 1 month. 

Drink 2-3 teaspoons of the elixir 3 times a day, before or at the beginning of a meal.
