Recipe for No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts for garnish
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch springform pan. Press the crumbs onto the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
- Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until fully incorporated.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling onto the prepared crust, and spread it evenly.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until it is set.
- Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and garnish with chopped peanuts.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious no-bake peanut butter cheesecake!
