The most delicious cake I have ever made! Simple and tasty! Cake in 10 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of ladyfingers (about 24-28 biscuits)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz / 96 g)
  • 1 tub of whipped topping (8 oz / 226 g)
  • Fresh berries or sliced fruit for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of milk until smooth.
  2. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Arrange the ladyfingers in a single layer in the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan, breaking them as needed to fit.
  5. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth it out.
  6. Add another layer of ladyfingers on top of the pudding, and then spoon the remaining pudding mixture over the top and smooth it out.
  7. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan and garnish the top of the cake with fresh berries or sliced fruit, if desired.
  9. Serve and enjoy your delicious and easy-to-make cake!
