The most delicious cake I have ever made! Simple and tasty! Cake in 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ladyfingers (about 24-28 biscuits)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz / 96 g)
- 1 tub of whipped topping (8 oz / 226 g)
- Fresh berries or sliced fruit for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of milk until smooth.
- Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Arrange the ladyfingers in a single layer in the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan, breaking them as needed to fit.
- Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth it out.
- Add another layer of ladyfingers on top of the pudding, and then spoon the remaining pudding mixture over the top and smooth it out.
- Cover the cake with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan and garnish the top of the cake with fresh berries or sliced fruit, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious and easy-to-make cake!
