Ingredients:

  1. White vinegar
  2. Sodium bicarbonate
  3. Hot water
  4. soft sponge
  5. Soft cloth or paper towel
  6. Vegetable oil

Steps:

  1. Initial rinse:
    • After using the pan, rinse it with hot water to remove any food residue.
  2. Preparation of the mixture:
    • Mix equal parts white vinegar and baking soda in a bowl. This will create an effervescent paste that can help remove stains and residue.
  3. Application of the mixture:
    • Apply the vinegar and baking soda mixture to the dirty areas of the pan. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes. This will allow the ingredients to work on the stains and dirt.
  4. Gentle rubbing:
    • Use a soft sponge to gently rub the mixture into the pan. Pay special attention to the dirtiest areas. The combination of vinegar and baking soda will help loosen and remove dirt.
  5. Rinse:
    • Rinse the pan with hot water to remove any mixture and loose debris.
  6. Drying:
    • Dry it completely with a soft cloth or paper towel.
  7. Oiled:
    • After cleaning the pan, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the entire interior surface. This will help keep the pan non-stick and prevent rust.
