How to harvest dandelion root
Dandelion roots are harvested from plants with mature leaves.

• 1 cinnamon stick
How to cook
Put the water, dandelion powder and cinnamon in a teapot.

Pour the coffee into the cup, straining it through a fine sieve.
Add plant-based milk if desired.
You can sweeten it with honey, molasses or brown sugar.
It tastes like real coffee, but without the caffeine.
You can combine dandelion root powder with chicory root to get an even stronger coffee.
