Modern people have begun to forget what a raspberry leaf can do: It was able to help me AMAZINGLY!
Raspberry leaves were once harvested as intensively as the fruit itself.
Our ancestors knew how useful they really are and that they can even replace some medicines.
At a time when all medicines are available to us in “instant” form, we forget the power of pure nature that is around us.
Therefore, we will remind you what amazing things are hidden in the green leaves of the raspberry.
Raspberry leaves – learn their secret
They are not just a green decoration, they are full of vitamins – especially the valuable vitamin B12, nutrients and rare organic acids, which are literally the elixir of life for our body.
Our ancestors used them to treat inflammation of the oral cavity, toothache, skin problems, and women can boast of their effect in relieving menstrual pain.
Raspberry leaves can also help with stomach aches, feelings of “heaviness” and diarrhea.
Few people know that for urinary tract infections, they have the same effect as blueberries, flushing bacteria out of the urinary tract and preventing them from returning.
Even pills from the pharmacy do not help with a urinary tract infection, only a raspberry leaf can help.
You can make a tea or medicinal compress from raspberry leaves by simply applying it to the painful places, they have anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and pain-relieving effects.
To prepare a tea, it is enough to pluck, dry and crush the leaves – as with ordinary tea herbs.
We can drink tea just like that – it smells wonderful of raspberries.
However, it is excellent for fever, sore throat, but also for relieving menstrual pains (then a good combination of tea and poultice).
It also helps with diarrhea, inflammation of the urinary tract, and also helps to cleanse the body of harmful substances.
For this purpose, use dried leaves, for one cup a good ratio is 2-3 tablespoons of dried leaves of the herb.
You can leave artificial vitamins at the pharmacy
Replace them with raspberry leaves, they are high in vitamins A, B, C, E and iron.
Thanks to the content of mineral salts and tannins, they have similar effects as, for example, aspirin.
They also contain substances that are essential for beautiful hair and nails.
Women even washed their hair with a decoction of raspberry leaves and their hair was strong, healthy and beautifully shiny.
Fresh raspberry leaves are crushed and you can use them as a healing face mask, as well as for inflammation and acne.
If you want to repeatedly increase the healing effect, add a decoction of raspberry leaves to the mask.
Raspberry Ointment – Freshly squeezed juice from raspberry leaves mixed with lard has long been used for swollen, red or painful areas of the skin.
Tincture against varicose veins, for stomach pains, for diarrhea and menstrual pains!
A tincture can be made from the leaves of the raspberry, which can be used for health problems, take 3 ml three times a day.
For external application, apply to the affected area (varicose veins, acne, eczema).
It is also excellent as a bath additive.
To make it, it is enough to pour fresh raspberry leaves with alcohol, so that the leaves are always well immersed and the alcohol reaches about 1 cm above them.
First wash the leaves well and cut them.
Then we just put it in a bottle and pour brandy/alcohol about 1 cm above the leaves.
Place the closed bottle in a dark place and let it stand for 14 days.
We stir constantly.
After the time is up, strain the tincture and store it in a dark container.
Drinking raspberry tea is not recommended for pregnant women up to the 34th week of pregnancy – precisely because of the stimulation of the uterus, in lower cases it can cause miscarriage.
