Walnut tea – helps with various conditions. Restores the respiratory tract
When we were kids, my dad used to make us tea out of walnut shells when we had a cold and add walnut kernels.
This recipe is from the core only.
Only the tea is drunk, and the core of the nut after it is placed in hot water and left standing is thrown away.

You only need 500 ml of water, put on the stove until it boils, then add an amount – the core of 4-5 large peeled walnuts.
Then we cover everything and leave it like that for 40 minutes
We discard the nut content and strain the liquid and after all it is ready for consumption.

As a rule, it is prepared in the morning, and the first amount is drunk immediately after straining (250 ml of walnut tea) – and in the evening we drink the other half, this is enough to purify our whole organism and give it a better and longer life.
How is it stored?
Store in a container, tighten the lid and then leave at room temperature.
How to take?
We drink the first half of 250 ml little by little within a few minutes – not all at once, but the other half in the evening.
We repeat the process for 2 weeks, then take a break for 2 weeks and if we really have results and feel good, we continue the same process after every 2 months and whenever we feel the need.
It is better than many herbal teas.
